Private Room Reservation Form

THIS FORM IS TO BE FILLED OUT ONLY WHEN AVILABLITY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED FOR PRIVATE ROOMS.


Reservations for 20 or less guests can be made on line or by phone for main dining room.


Reservations will not be confirmed without return of this contract and you will recive confermation email.
A credit card must be provided to confirm reservations.
Cancellations must be made 14 business days prior to the reservation parties over 60 guests require 45 days cancellation.
Cancelations must be emailed and confirmed cancellation with retured email.
If the restaurant does not receive written notification of cancellation the deposit for the designated room will be lost or a $25 per person charge of reservation guest count charged to credit card. Initial.

Please have credit card present for payment or you may instruct us to charge your credit card listed on the contract.

The Gold Private Room: A minimum of $900 in food beverages is to be consumed. A deposit of may be required to hold a reservation for this room. Capacity is a maximum of 26 guests.

The View Private Room: A minimum of $2400 in food and beverages is to be consumed. A deposit may be required to hold a reservation for this room. Capacity is a maximum of 65 guests.

Patio or Lounge Private: A minimum of $1500 in food and beverages is to be consumed. A deposit may be required to hold a reservation for this room. Capacity of Lounge diner 40, reception 75 / Capacity of Patio diner 40, reception 85

Not Private Main Room: $35 Per person food and beverage minimum.  *
