I understand that this study will involve taking part in an interview, either in person, on-line (using Zoom or Teams) or by mobile phone, which will be recorded. The findings of the study, including anonymised quotations, will be published in reports, research journals and presented at conferences.

I understand my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw up to two weeks after the interview without giving any reason and without any consequences even after I have received the voucher.

I understand that study data such as anonymised transcripts may be shared with our research partners as outlined in the information sheet for this study.

I give permission for the typed up interview to be kept at the University of Plymouth as a digital file so that it can be used for future research and learning.
