I understand that this study will involve taking part in an interview, either in person, online (using Zoom or Teams) or by telephone, which will be recorded and that the findings of the study, including anonymised quotations, will be published in reports, research journals and presented at conferences.

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw without giving any reason up to 2 weeks after the interview, without my legal rights or any part of my practice being affected.

I give permission for the anonymised transcript of the interview to be deposited in the University of Plymouth as a digital file so that it can be used for future research and learning.
