Changes to AV settings are being made in all rooms (whether refreshed or not) to ensure that it’s possible to run and record either Zoom sessions or make Panopto recordings as circumstances require. In order to achieve this we have installed the Panopto local recorder and Zoom on all lectern PCs. As a result of this necessary change we will not be able provide the scheduled recording service for Panopto. Therefore staff wishing to make a recording can either use Zoom or, preferably, initiate a recording manually using the Panopto local recorder. Access to this form has, as a consequence, been suspended.
