Parent/Spectator Conduct Reporting System

The purpose of this reporting system is to help New Hampshire Amateur Hockey Association, its member programs, and leagues be aware of incidents of alleged behavior that violates USA Hockey's zero tolerance policy toward Officials, Players and Spectators.

Once submitted - it will be directed to the appropriate program and/or league to review and address with the appropriate individuals. If the alleged behavior is determined to require a formal discipline hearing you may be contacted for further information. Please be as detailed as possbile when reporting incidents.
