Bellport Day Vendor Application - Saturday, July 27, 2024

Bellport Day vendor spots are reserved for non-profit organizations, fund-raising groups or our chamber members and none member business goups but not for crafts, clothing or food. Local businesses that have store fronts may have merchandise for sale on street as well but please reserve your spot and you will have to pay for the street location as well, $30.

The craft fair is run by the BELLPORT FIRE DEPARTMENT on their own grounds. You must contact their event coordinator for information. Email: RonaldMascolino@gmail.com

For a ten foot spot with a table and two chairs, Chamber members pay $30 and non-members pay $80.

Checks may be made out to the Bellport Chamber of Commerce. Please pay the day of the event as you checkin at the chamber table the morning of setup.
You can pay by check / cash / or credit card the morning at checkin.

Spaces are first come first serve and are limited to 25 vendors.
