* Please note that joining us on any experience gives Ladies & Luggage expressed permission to use any and all photographs for media & release.
* If you can no longer attend and choose to transfer your booking to someone else there will be a $100 admin fee to do so. You must contact Ladies & Luggage a minimum of 90 days before departure. No transfers can be made less than 90 days from departure.
* No roommate? No problem. There's always someone wanting to travel and no one to travel with. We will do our best to room you with someone. But, if 90 days before departure there is no roommate available you will be required to pay the single rate to secure your booking.
* Most of our packages allow for monthly payments after deposit. Your initial deposit will be deducted from the balance due.
