PLEASE NOTE: Only time can be frozen on a term membership. Member is still required to make monthly payments as scheduled on their membership agreement. The months that are put on hold will be credited immediately after the last contractual payment has been made.

PLEASE NOTE: Freeze requests must be submitted 15 days prior to your next automatic billing date, in order to avoid further charges. Regular billing will automatically resume after the freeze period. If the freeze request is submitted late and dues are charged, refunds will not be issued. Credit for the charged month will be applied upon lapse of freeze period.

PLEASE NOTE: Expiration date will be extended to reflect the period of time that was requested on the freeze.
