Transportation *Please note* As agreed in the JCCS show rules, a separate parking fee may be charged by a public parking for your trucks or tow- trailers. We will be in touch with you for the trailer parking situation. JCCS is not responsible for parking $$ fees.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

In consideration of the right to participate in 11th annual Japanese Classic Motor Cycle Show within 17th Annual Japanese Classic Car Show, entrants, by execution of this registration form release and discharge Japanese Classic Car Show Association (JCCSA), its officials, members and staff and City of Long Beach,its officials and members, and anyone else connected with this event from any and all known damages, injuries or judgments and/or claims from any case that may be suffered by an entrant to his person or property. Furthermore, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the fore mentioned entities, persons and bodies from any and all liability occasioned by or resulting from conduct of entrants or any participant cooperating with or under direct control of entrants.

I have read and agree to all Rules and Conditions governing this event, including the PROHIBITION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES on the event grounds, inluding the time of releasing vehicles could be 4pm, and 2022 Cancelation Policy with no refund. I agree to observe all rules and decisions of event management.

Any possible photograph or video exposure of my vehicles and acompanies on media publications permitted by any type of attended media is permitted.  I understand that this submission of the form does not guarantee my entry until all my entry information is reviewed. 

The State of California recommends that when you visit large events, you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, obtain a negative COVID-19 test result prior to visiting, or wear a face covering. Guests who are not fully vaccinated should wear a face covering during their visit. Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
