BUTTERFLIES

  • All live butterflies are shipped Next Day Air only. Butterflies can be packaged in release containers or individually in customized release envelopes commemorating your special occasion.

  • Individual butterflies are packaged in glassine envelopes. Envelopes are custom printed with Native American Legend, names and event date.

  • All butterflies are shipped based on natural seasonal life cycles and U.S.D.A. and state permits.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you place your order. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the shipping date.

BUTTERFLY RELEASE ENVELOPES

                         

You can see the beautiful butterflies before releasing them from our Butterfly Envelopes.

We package individual butterflies in a beautiful glassine envelope with a decorative label on one side (see designs below) and a transparent envelope back to show the butterfly.

Our Butterfly Envelopes are customized for your event. Just let us know your theme, date, names, colors or flowers being used, and we will design a keepsake envelope just for you.

  • Each person can release butterflies one at a time, or all guests together for dramatic effect.
  • Price includes 1 butterfly per envelope AND Native American Legend, personalized with the bride's and groom's names and wedding date.

The Butterfly Cottage
 
The Butterfly Cottage is an elegant butterfly release cage that can also be used to display butterflies at your wedding, reception, special event, birthday, or Quinceañera when planning a mass release.
It’s a beautiful centerpiece! The butterflies will soar skyward as the hinged lid is lifted.
The beautiful beaded latch is made with crystal and glass beads. Each one is hand crafted to match your color scheme.
When you are planning an evening event, entertain your guests with beautiful butterflies in the Butterfly Cottage. The butterflies will be fine overnight and can be released the next day.
 
The cottage is 13” high X 10” long X 7” deep and will hold several dozen butterflies.

Shipping Methods

Butterflies and live creatures are shipped overnight next day air (except Saturday and Sunday). We use the services of Fed Ex whenever possible.  Butterfly release cages can be shippied prior to the event.  Live butterflies are shipped in glassine envelopes, in sealed insulated, cooled containers.  Keeping them cool keeps them calm during shipping.  We guarantee they will arrive alive for your event.  Directions are always included and insturct you to change the ice pack upon delivery and as needed until just before the release.  We welcome any questions that you might have.  We have beeen shipping butterflies successfully since 2001 with wonderful success.

Caterpillars: All caterpillars are shipped Next Day Air in a sealed cooled box.

Packaging and boxing is incorporated into delivery charges.

Tax: is charged for Florida delivery at the rate in effect in the delivery county. (6% Florida tax plus applicable County surtax.) No tax is charged on out-of-state deliveries.
