By completing and submitting this form you are requesting that Finesse Tax Accounting, LLC change your most recent election to be included in our Tier 1 fee structure, to our Tier 2 structure.  By submitting this form you agree to pay a sum of $450 to effect the tier upgrade.  In consideration for this fee, Finesse Tax Accounting, LLC, as of the date of submission of this form, will not invoice you, hourly, for any of the services or items classified as Advisory Services. 

 

Please be advised, any outstanding invoices for advisory services, while you were under the Tier 1 structure and that were dated prior to your submission of this upgrade agreement, will charged along with your $450 upgrade fee, to the credit card you provide on file.

 

Please be advised that this upgrade request is irrevocable for the remainder of this calendar year and will remain in place until such time as you engage us for your next income tax return.  So completion of this form during any calendar year, overrides your Tier 1 selection made on your most recent engagement form, and will remain in place until the next year when you engage us once more to prepare your next income tax return.
