Here are the simple steps......

Step One.

Provide information regarding your loved one, the legal Next of Kin, and other information needed for either cremation or burial documentation.

Step Two.

Complete all the required fields and enter Submit. Don't worry if you dont know one or two of the questions asked but go ahead and finalize so we can at least have most of the information.

You can always email us at office@ localcremation.com with corrected or missing information.

You will receive an email confirming the information you submitted has been received.

IMPORTANT - If Death Occurs at Private Residence OR Nursing Facility
Please notify Local Cremation immediately (24/7) by calling 214-343-4040.

Online submissions are reviewed during normal business hours. If death occurs outside business hours, calling us enables us to provide immediate assistance. *

Direct Cremation (cremation only, no services)

Direct Cremation with Private Family Viewing at our Funeral Home (up to 10 people for 20 minutes)

Cremation with Memorial Service (deceased not present at service)

Traditional Service w/ Cremation to Follow (deceased in ceremonial casket for service)

Burial Graveside Service Only (cemetery fees not included)

Traditional Burial with Visitation, Funeral and Graveside (visitation 1 hour before service) ((cemetery fees not included))
