Chaparral High School Project Graduation 2024

PROJECT GRADUATION AT OCTANE RACEWAY

Thursday, May 23rd from 9:30 pm to 12:30 am

Check-in will be at Octane Raceway from 9:15-9:45 pm, immediately following graduation at Salt River Fields. Students will need to provide their own transportation to and from the venue.

Early Bird Registration Cost: $125 per ticket

March 25th-May 6th at Midnight

Late Registration Cost: $175 per ticket

May 7th 12:01am - May 21st at Noon

Registration will CLOSE at Noon on May 21st. No late registrations will be accepted.

The first 80 graduates to register will be able to experience the Octane Raceway Virtual Reality room. This experience is a highlight for past graduates!

Scholarships are available. We want EVERY SENIOR TO GO! Contact your counselor for information.

Registration payment covers all activities including food, drinks, Octane Raceway racing, casino games, and incredible raffle prizes. ⭐️Grads will not need money at the event.⭐️

There are three parts to this form:

✅ Form 1: Completed by student

✅ Form 2: Completed by parent/guardian

✅ Form 3: Octane Raceway waiver, completed by student AND parent/guardian

Upon completion of ALL parts, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction using a credit card or PayPal account.

I agree to be alcohol, drug and smoke (including E-cigarette devices) free at Project Graduation on May 23-24, 2024. If I am found with any of these items, I understand I will be asked to leave Project Graduation immediately, and no refund will be given. *

I understand that no alcohol or drugs are allowed anywhere on the grounds of Octane Raceway, including the parking lot. Salt River Police and Project Graduation volunteers reserve the right to deny entry into Project Graduation to any student suspected of being under the influence of any substance. I understand that in this situation, no refunds will be given. *

I understand that following the Graduation Ceremony at Salt River Fields, I will change into comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. I will leave my graduation clothing with my parents or in my car, and proceed to Octane Raceway to check-in to Project Graduation. *

I understand that backpacks, purses, or bags of any kind will NOT be allowed inside Octane Raceway. Small personal items such as keys, phones, and make-up may be brought into Octane Raceway. No items will be stored at Octane Raceway. *

I understand that I will not be allowed to check-in late for Project Graduation and that I will not be issued a refund if I do not check-in to Project Graduation by 9:45 sharp. *

If I need or wish to leave before the event is over, I will be allowed to call home and a parent or legal guardian must come to Octane Raceway to sign me out and pick me up. I understand that my parent is allowed to pick only me up from Octane Raceway and will not be allowed to pick up any additional students from Octane Raceway. Likewise, I understand that I cannot leave with any parent other than my own. *
