PLEASE NOTE: SPACE WILL BE LIMITED BOOTH SPACE WILL BE RENTED ON A FIRST-COME BASIS.
- A “space” is approximately 8’ x 6’ and includes one 8’ “front” table.
- Rental space is $50.00 for the first 8’ space.
- Each additional 8’ (front) space is $20.00 each and includes one additional table
Terms of Rental Agreement:
All booth space is rented in advance. Booth space is rented and assigned at the discretion of Janesville Allbreed Cat Club. All booth space must be paid in full, in advance. Please include a check, payable to Janesville Allbreed Cat Club, for a non refundable deposit of 50% with one signed copy of the booth contract. The remaining 50% must be presented no later than ten days prior to the show. It is understood that, should the vendor not attend the show with the contracted display, the booth rental fee is due and payable in full. In the event that less than 72 hours notice of cancellation is given to the Booth Chairperson prior to the show, the deposit will be forfeited. There will be a $25.00 charge for any check found to be not payable.
Vendor is expected to abide by all state and local regulations. Vendors will provide decorations or other materials as needed to cover their table(s). Vendors must set up on Friday, August 20, 2021 between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Vendors must vacate the show hall no later than 6:00 PM, Sunday, August 22, 2021.
Janesville Allbreed Cat Club shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injuries sustained by vendor.
