Camp Card Waitlist Form

Thank you for your interest in the upcoming 2018 Camp Card Tri-Fold fundraising campaign.  At this time, all pre-orders that were due on December 14th have been received.  The final order for cards has been placed and all cards will arrive for allocation during the first weeks of the new year.

At this time, your order is being placed on a fulfillment wait list based on the amount of cards we will have as surplus to be given out for additional units wanting to sell cards.  Once initial allocation of all cards to units that ordered by the pre-sale deadline are handled, you will be contacted on how many cards we are able to accommodate your unit.

The intent of the Camp Card sale is to allow Units to raise funds to pay for their Summer Scouting Program. This includes purchasing camping equipment; and to sending Scouts to Cub Scout Day Camp, Webelos Camp, Boy Scout Summer Camp, Jamboree, Philmont, Sea Base, The Summit, and Northern Tier. This program is virtually RISK FREE, because any unsold Camp Cards must be returned.

Camp Cards sell for $10 each.
Units/Scouts earn 50% commission, or $5 per card sold.

How many should units order?
We recommend units order 10 Camp Cards for each Scout that would like to sell.

Participating in the Camp Card allows each Scout to directly fund their way to various Camp programs

Program Cost Sales per Youth (in cards)

Cub Scout Day/Twilight Camp $145 = 29 Cards per youth to sell
Webelos Camp $185 = 37 Cards per youth to sell
Boy Scout Summer Camp $285 = 57 Cards per youth to sell
National High Adventure Bases $800 = 160 Cards per youth to sell
*Note—Program costs and sales per youth are not necessarily actual numbers; they are close approximations.
