Your submission is a contractual agreement: You are reserving the continuing education class you specified above. The terms are as follows:
There is a 50% refund available prior to 72 hours before the course; a 25% refund if cancelled within 72-24 hours of the course, and no refund is available within 24 hours of the course. You will be offered the opportunity to attend another event at an alternate date with $280 credit toward admission, if one is available. You will be given credit toward next year's offerings if no course is available after cancellation. Any appropriate refund will be issued by check, issued within 15 days of a request by email with a read receipt requested only, to twginspections@hotmail.com. You must specify your personal information, the request to cancel, your mailing address, and the reason. The electronic stamp on the email when received will act as the post date for the request, pertinent to the refund policy. Attending or obtaining another NCHILB approved edicational source, function, online training, seminar or the like is not a valid reason for a refund.
