EXHIBITOR BOOKING FORM
The APEX TV Market Conference is the only global industry event focused specifically on bringing together IFE TV buyers with the leading world-wide distributors of short-subject and TV movie programming. This three-day conference is unique and intensive. Many airlines and content service providers use this event as the central focus for their annual TV product planning.
*NEW* This year’s popular event will also include a separate area for other content providers, such as movie distributors, games suppliers, GUI creators and App developers. The 50 appointment booths are only available for TV/Short Subject content sellers. Other content providers will be offered non-appointment booths, at a lower fee.
The first 50 (TV appointment) booths will be assigned to the first 50 exhibitors who pay in full. An additional 14 non-appointment booths will be available for non-TV/Short Subject providers, and will be assigned to those first 14 exhibitors that pay in full. Participation is limited so book your booth today!
*REVISED FORMAT* Booths will be open the first two days of the conference (29-30 April) with education scheduled on the third day (1 May).
As the conference is limited to 50 available appointment booths, your exhibitor booth registration is not confirmed until paid in full. Note: At this time, all TV appointment booths are sold out.
