2013 NSS Golf Tournament Registration

Registration Fee and Information

Register here for the 2nd Annual Nebraska Senior Softball Golf Tournament. 

DATE:  Saturday, August 24th, 2013
TIME:  1:00 p.m. Shot Gun start
LOCATION:  Willow Lakes Golf Course    See map here.

REGISTRATION FEE:  $55.00 per player.  Price includes gift bag, greens fees, cart, hole prizes, and post game meal
 
IMPORTANT NOTE:  a registration will be considered 'complete' when the form is submitted AND payment received.  An electronic registration, by itself, does not reserve a spot.
 
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  the field is capped at 60 players (15 foursomes).  Player registrations received after the 60 slots are filled will be placed on a waiting list in the event of cancellations.

Player Registration Information. All golfers complete this section.

Playing Preference

Team Composition. Enter names of players who wish to be a full or partial team. NOTE: a full team is NOT required to play in the tournament.

In this section, list the names of any other players you have arranged to be on your team.  You do NOT have to have a foursome (full team).
 
If one of your players registers AFTER the field is full; they will be on a waiting list.  No holding a spot.  No exceptions.  Get your team members to sign in early.
  
Leave the fields blank if you do not have a full team and have no plans to add anyone else.

Payment Instructions

Preferred payment is via PayPal or by personal check.
 
PayPal permits immediate and secure funding by bank or credit card.  The PayPal payment button becomes available after the 'Submit' button is selected on this registration form.
