INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS:
We recommend that you type your abstract in a word processor, check for grammar and spelling, and THEN paste your abstract into the space provided below. Please limit yourself to 250 words.

Poster presentations - A special poster session will be held on Saturday. You will be assigned a poster number when you register. The presenting author should be stationed by their poster throughout the scheduled poster session to answer questions from the audience. The size limit for posters is 48" x 36". Please affix your poster to posterboard or another rigid material (e.g., cardboard). Let us know if you absolutely cannot travel with posterboard and we can help you out.

Oral presentations - Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions. The time of your presentation will be e-mailed to presenters as soon as the final schedule is complete. For PowerPoint presentations, we suggest using our equipment (PCs and projectors), however you may also bring your own laptop. Note that the video projectors have VGA cables. Please let us know if you will need an adapter or bring your own. All presenters are asked to bring their presentations to registration on Friday for loading, virus scanning, and a quick check to make sure everything looks OK. Presentations should be saved on at least two types of media (e.g., CD, USB drive, e-mailed to yourself, etc.).
