Body Sculpting - A strength training workout that combines cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility. Exercises are designed to help shape and tone the overall body.

Boot Camp - A series of exercises incorporated into circuit training, which involve light, medium and high intensity.

Burn - A cardio aerobic class predominantly using resistance bands to assure a complete total body workout.

Kickboxing - A cardio based class that incorporates core and revolves around that martial art of kickboxing.

Mat Pilates - A routine of exercises that help increase flexibility and build strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, back and arms.

Spinning - A high-intensity cardio aerobic workout on specialized cycling bikes. *May include additional costs.

Yoga - A physical and mental workout involving meditation techniques. It incorporates many different disciplines of fitness including increasing flexibility, core strength, and overall balance.

Zumba - Dance aerobics class that is music driven and incorporates Merengue, Salsa and other styles of dance.
