Before submitting your application, please read: All items must be handmade. The artist must be willing to ship or hand-deliver items to Blue Buddha Boutique in Chicago. Items will be sold on consignment. The artist may provide props or displays for products and can set up their own display in the shop (but this is not a requirement). Blue Buddha Boutique will price work for sale independent of the artist, and will pay the artist the amount indicated on the inventory sheet, regardless of the price paid by customer. Blue Buddha Boutique may offer discounts or sales without affecting the money due to the artist.
